What is the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Can I change my order?

Yes, changes can be made only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Do you accept returns?
